Maintaining a healthy acidic pH supports the microbiome and enzyme function.

This formula is built with ingredients that remain effective within a pH range of 5.0–6.0.

It combines deep hydrators that attract water in different layers of the skin (glycerin, hyaluronic acid, panthenol), with barrier-supporting ingredients that work on the outermost layer.

These barrier ingredients (ceramides, cholesterol, hydrolyzed jojoba esters, apricot/peach kernel oils) strengthen the skin barrier and help seal in moisture, making them the perfect ingredient to include in the last step of your skincare routine.

Apply a small amount of The Barrier Gel-Cream moisturizer to clean skin each morning and evening, after your serum/oil, as the final step in your skincare routine.
