1. GENERAL INFORMATION

We operate an online store selling skincare products within Europe.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to purchase from our website.

By using our website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Our Privacy Policy sets out how we’ll use your information. If your details change, remember that you need to update My Account so we can continue giving you our best service.

2. PRODUCTS & PRICING

All products are described and presented as accurately as possible.

Prices are listed in EURO and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or modify formulations at any time.

From time to time, we may price an item or order wrongly. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it. If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you’ve already paid, we will refund you in full.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

All orders constitute an offer to purchase, and are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged (and will refund in full any amounts paid by you in respect of the order).

Payments must be made via the available methods on our website; and be authorised to use that credit or debit card (e.g. it is in your name or you have permission to use it).

If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel an order.

When you complete a purchase on sanbreskin.com, you enter a contract with Kimika Cosmetics Ltd which supplies the goods. We provide a platform which we trade our branded goods to you, the consumer. We complete a sale and process payments, refunds & shipping. Once we receive your full payment for an order, we will remove your debt obligation to Kimika Cosmetics Ltd for that order.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to select European countries. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Delays may occur due to customs, postal issues, or force majeure.

Shipping is handled directly by Kimika Cosmetics Ltd.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used skincare products.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with proof (photos).

Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.

6. Ordering Conditions

By clicking the ‘Confirm and Pay’ button at checkout, you are making a commitment to pay for the selected product(s).

The contract between you and Kimika Cosmetics Ltd will be conducted in English, including all communication with our team and any third-party partners involved in the order process.

Once your order is submitted, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email. Please note, this does not mean your order has been accepted yet, nor does it create a binding contract.

Your order will be accepted—and a contract formed—once we send you a confirmation email stating that your items have been dispatched. This dispatch confirmation serves as your official receipt and indicates that your purchase has been successfully processed.

Kimika Cosmetics Ltd reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion, including initial orders.

7. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

Our products are for external use only. Always conduct a patch test before use.

We are not liable for adverse reactions or misuse of our products.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Kimika Cosmetics Ltd owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights on its website and its content. These rights are protected around the world. All rights are reserved.

You’re allowed to store, print and display our website content only for your own personal use. You are not allowed to use any part of the website or it’s content for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission. You’re also not permitted to use the SANBRE logo or any SANBRE brand or trademark (or any marks which are colourably similar) without our express permission.

It’s fine for you to link to sanbreskin.com, as long as you do so in a way that is not-commercial, is fair and legal, and doesn’t damage or take advantage of our reputation.

Please don’t link in a way that suggests any form of approval or endorsement by Kimika Cosmetics Ltd where none exists.

Our website must not be framed on any other site without our permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Maltese courts.
